IWD 2025 Interactive Workshop

This International Women’s Day, we brought together our female colleagues for a reflective and solution-focused discussion, in a space that felt equal parts safe, honest, and empowering. Guided by the theme "Accelerating Action for Gender Equality," the session invited each of us to pause and reflect on the gender-based challenges we've faced—both personally and professionally. Reading the powerful insights shared on whiteboards set the tone for deep, meaningful conversations in our breakout groups. We spoke openly about what has helped us push through—whether it was mentorship, support from allies, or simply finding our own voice. Together, we unpacked what’s truly working and brainstormed how we can do more of it, and faster. It was a reminder that change doesn’t always come from big gestures, but from collective understanding and intentional action. The energy in the room was hopeful and supportive, and it left many of us feeling inspired to carry these conversations—and the momentum—forward. It certainly made for an inspiring and action-oriented celebration of the day.
