High Performing Teams with Johnny Davis OLY

We had the privilege of welcoming Johnny Davis OLY to the stunning Barnett Room at Belfast Harbour Commissioners, where he shared his invaluable insights on High Performing Teams - covering key themes such as feedback, growth mindset, and effective communication.

Johnny’s experience in British Fencing spans decades, from competing at the 1988 and 1992 Olympic Games to coaching and leading as British Fencing Olympic Team Manager. Beyond sport, Johnny was involved as Sports Programme Director for the World Police and Fire Games in Northern Ireland in 2013—a testament to his expertise in team dynamics and performance at the highest level.
